Corporate Wellness
Real wellness for teams that don’t stop
I know what it takes to help busy professionals, working parents, and people running on empty find their way back to balance. Now I’m bringing that same functional health approach to companies: programs built for teams who want to take care of their health when slowing down is not an option.
Why invest in your team’s wellbeing
A burned-out team costs more than it seems: sick days, lost focus, turnover.
Functional wellness isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about understanding what’s really behind fatigue, stress, low energy, or poor habits, and addressing the root cause.
What the program includes
Every program is tailored to the company, from one-off workshops on practical health and lifestyle habits, to more comprehensive programs with individual sessions and personalized follow-up for those who want to go deeper.
Sessions can be offered virtually or in person in NYC.
Virtual workshops can also create a shared point of connection for hybrid and distributed teams. Bring your team together around a topic that is both personal and practical.
Who it’s for
Designed especially for high-workload professionals, leadership teams, and working parents who need realistic solutions, not one more hour on their calendar.
Why this lands differently
Elena is not a typical nutritionist. She began her career as a lawyer, spent years in investment banking, and trained in Michelin-starred kitchens before becoming a Functional Wellness Practitioner. She has lived the high-performance, high-depletion cycle and found her way out.
She speaks to ambitious professionals as one of them, not at them. Her approach is evidence-informed, anti-diet-culture, and deeply practical.
Signature Workshops

Description text goes hereHow we eat during the workday affects far more than hunger. It shapes energy, mood, stress resilience, and our ability to think clearly and stay focused.
This workshop makes the connection between nutrition and mental wellness practical and easy to understand, covering blood sugar, protein, hydration, caffeine, and meal timing. Employees leave with realistic strategies to reduce energy crashes, support steadier focus and mood, and make better choices on demanding days.
Also available for Mental Health Awareness Month programming in May.

The 3 PM crash is not simply a lack of discipline. It is often the result of small decisions made throughout the day.
This practical workshop looks at the biology behind afternoon energy, focus, and stress, and the everyday factors that influence them, including sleep, morning light, movement, hydration, lunch, and caffeine. Employees leave understanding which small trade-offs matter most and what they can change the very next day.

Perimenopause often arrives during some of the most demanding years of a woman’s career. Changes in sleep, energy, concentration, mood, and body composition can affect how women feel and function at work, often before they realize hormones may be part of the picture.
This workshop gives women a clear, practical map of what is changing and why, and focuses on the foundations that matter most during midlife, including sleep, metabolic health, protein and muscle, stress, and movement.
The central idea is simple: Hormones change. The body underneath shapes how well we navigate the transition. The goal is to help women understand their changing biology, strengthen the foundations that support them through midlife, and have better-informed conversations with their healthcare providers.
Now booking for November 2026 onward.

The number on the scale tells us surprisingly little about health. Muscle, body composition, strength, sleep, and metabolic health become increasingly important as we move through our careers and through life.
This workshop looks at what actually helps preserve muscle, support a healthy metabolism, and manage body composition without extreme diets or unrealistic routines. Employees leave with a practical framework around protein, strength, sleep, and ways to build more movement into the workweek without necessarily adding another workout.
New for 2027.
